    I LOVE YOUR SHOW, BUT I’M GLUTEN SENSITIVE AND MY DAUGHTER ACTUALLY HAS CELIAC’S DISEASE. SO, WHEN I WANT TO MAKE YOUR RECIPES, I NEED TO ADAPT THEM TO MY NEEDS. IT WOULD BE SO HELPFUL IF THERE ARE SOME GLUTEN-FREE RECIPES IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE THERE ARE A LOT OF US OUT HERE THAT ARE “MAD HUNGRY” TOO.

    Lucinda,
    It is wonderful to see you back on twice in the mornings. I love your recipes and the way you present food and life. I have made several of your them and they are all fabulous. The Oven-Crisp Flautas I have made over and over because people can’t get enough of them. Your banana cake was gone in a snap and people were standing around wondering why the plate was empty. DUH! LOL! My favorite is still the chocolate cupcakes you made with your nieces. I made it into a bundt cake and it is the fastest, easiest recipe ever. That cake is surely the most moist yummy chocolate cake I have ever eaten. The only change I made was to use coconut oil instead of butter ( for health reasons). LOL, I can even say it’s healthy now. I also make it with cream cheese icing, 8 oz. cream cheese, 2 cups conf. sugar and a tsp of vanilla. WOW, what a cake! Thank you for sharing all the things you do, cooking and life-wise.
