Recipes From Today’s Show: Thai Take Out

Published by

TODAY on MHTV: Step away from the take out menus! Today, I’m transforming my kitchen into a local take out joint and creating some delicious, homemade versions of Thai restaurant favorites. First up, one of the more popular Thai dishes, a savory and filling shrimp pad thai. Next, super easy beef skewers served with a rich and creamy peanut dipping sauce.

    I love your show!
    But . . .
Many times you have made something and I would like to make it. But alas! The Mad Hungry site doesn’t give up-to-date recipes. It is VERY frustrating. So, I have found by going thru the Martha Stewart site I can better access your recipes. But there is an issue with that too. I can’t look up a recipe that you have made in the past.
I would like to make the oven roasted tomatoes, but of course, can’t find the recipe ~ and I did not save it to a document on my computer.
Some time ago you made granola bars. I searched and searched but could not find that recipe either.
Why can’t all of your recipes be available instead of only 2 weeks worth?
These are only a couple of examples, but is there any way this can be rectified?
    Thank you for listening!

Lucinda Scala Quinn’s TV show is fabulous. I enjoy it very much that I almost watch it very morning on weekdays. Now I am starting to print her easy recipes. My daughter got interested in some of her recipes too and have printed and cooked a couple of them and we love and enjoyed it very much.

Also, I enjoy it very much when she cooks with her sons and other family member. They are inspiring.

I am looking forward of buying Lucinda Scala’s cooked book. Thank you for your show.

Made this with reduced seasonings since we like our foods more subtle. Fantastic and so simple…Mahalo, for this recipe and your great way of teaching us to cook anything. Love it, love you and your show! Hope your show continues for a long time.

so I bought this book over the weenekd. I was very intrigued after seeing it here on your block and then reading MANY rave reviews for it so i thought why not. I haven’t made anything yet although tonight I am making my guy a special dinner from the book(I am thinking of the ribs and italian fries). banana bread is one of my faves and I was lost in the book for a good hour over the weenekd getting excited about nearly every recipe! yay! Thanks again for bringing this book to my attention and I will let you know how things turn out!
