Every time I have made scalloped potatoes in the past, they were dry or the top was perfect and the bottom was not done. I gave up and used the boxed kind. Yuck! After seeing you make this I decided to try again. Your recipe was easy to follow and the potatoes were perfect!!! Everyone in my family loved them and no leftovers!!! Thank you so much!

I just ordered and received two of your “Mad Hungry” cookbooks. I am so disappointed to not find the recipe for your blue cheese dressings. According to the Martha Stewart website, it states your dressing in from the cookbook. Maybe I am blind. If it is listed can you tell me what page? I have read through it twice. Love, love, love your show and am buying your cookbook for all my gifts!

I love Mad Hungry and have enjoyed so many of Lucinda Scala Quinn’s recipes. I think she is a great cook and easy to follow. PLEASE improve the mad hungry web site. It is not user friendly. Please make it easier to find a recipe from an older show or by name with the use of a search bar.
