Today’s Show: Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner…Again
TODAY on MHTV: In case you missed it last week, here’s your big chance to catch up on the MH Thanksgiving episode. Get some turkey 101 with tips and tricks for brining and roasting your bird (great for beginners) plus all the trimmings that go with along with it. For a twist on classic stuffing, I add chunks of sweet Italian sausage and my cranberry sauce is spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. In a word: this meal is gravy. More from the show.

Watch ”Mad Hungry with Lucinda Scala Quinn” weekdays at 11 a.m. /10 a.m. CT on Hallmark Channel. Bonus episode airs weekdays at 11:30 a.m./10:30 a.m. CT.
Mad Hungry is a down to earth cooking program. It’s great to have the son on cooking. He’s a cute guy but please make up…he has too much lipstick on. I can understand this was needed with the old TV cameras but not now.

All recipes can found in the show archive, if you aren’t able to locate them on the blog. Please keep in mind that there is also an 11:30 episode, a rerun, which we usually do not post about. If a recipe you’re looking for is from that episode, then we have already written a post about it when it originally aired and it can be located in the Recipes section of the blog.
Here is a link to the show archive–it is organized by month:

Hi all–
please let me know how you like the artichoke casserole.
Judy: hahaha–lipstick on Calder? Are you kidding?
Those are real lips with real color. No make-up on that boy.
Best,
LSQ
can you please post the recipe with the layered vegetables . Looked amazing
I love your show and have tried several of your recent recipes!!!!! Keep up the good work. I find that your recipes are inclined to have most of the ingredients that someone would already have in their home and not have to go out and buy a lot of different things like some of the other cooking shows.
Hi, My mom said she watched your show and saw a sausage recipe that looked amazing. I have not been able to find it…help?
