Oh my gosh, so many of those photos look so delicious! Please share all the recipies!
Lucinda, I’ve been watching Mad Hungry from Day One and I love it and you! You know that expression about someone singing the phone book, well you could COOK the phone book and I’d want to eat it! So many things I would have thought I didn’t have any interest in cooking until I watch you do it! Thank you!

Okay, I just have to have the recipe for Ashley Frejlich’s baked bolognese. The picture is scrumptuous enough to eat.

I learned to cook watching Julia Child over 40 years ago. You have the same creativity and joy of cooking she brought forth on her T.V.show. My family loves your fresh pineapple upside down cake and my husband said your Beef Braciola is his new favorite dish. I gift your cookbooks to my family. I enjoyed the episodes with your mother, your co-worker Sara and your neighbor.

Yes, I can see why it has taken a while to make a decision; all of these dishes look great! I can’t believe that they can be made so quickly. Hope to see some of these recipes in the future!

I tried the egg with toast, it came out ok, but think because I used a lid it make the egg yolk more harder then what it should be, so maybe don’t use a lid and should come out ok. I’m going to give it a try again. One important thing though is that it looked like she used a sharp knife to crack the egg, but I would say maybe use something else in lieu of the sharp knife so you don’t end up cutting your hands on accident to be on the safe side.
