Recipes From Today’s Show: Roasted Chicken Dinner

Published by

TODAY on MHTV: I’m always on the lookout for new ways to prepare roast chicken, and this lemon-herb version is one of my all-time favorites. On the side, I’m making collard greens with bacon and my husband’s specialty, rice and noodle pilaf. For dessert, broiled grapefruit halves with a touch of brown sugar are the perfect blend of tangy and sweet.

    Beverly and Barbara,

It would be nice if MH would acknowledge us. I know so many who have lost interest in MH and LSQ’s new cookbook. Talk about trying to keep a “brand” out there, when it has been put to rest by the Hallmark Channel, since last January. I’ve never seen such as “blase” attitude from a television show. Even general questions about the recipes or even a “kitchen tool” question are ignored. MH should be on here everyday, answering all the questions, people take time to ask. MH may have to keep quiet because of the Hallmark Channel (which is so ridiculous by now), but there’s no reason
why this blog can’t be kept “alive” with daily responses from the “MH” team.

Right on, Glen !!!! We come to this site more than anyone from Mad Hungry. I’ve asked about recipes so many times and not once have I ever been answered. It’s such a shame because it’s terrific cooking show. You think something associated with Martha Stewart would be run in a top notch fashion.

No reason to be bitter guys. We’ve known since January, it didnt look good for Mad Hungry. We all have waited so patiently. So now Marie Osmond is kicking off the new daytime line up followed by the new 2 hour morning show. It would be nice if Marie was at 9 am and the other show at 10 am, so Lucinda can be on at noon. Come on MH crew, haven’t you been pushing for your own show to continue on???

I’ve never made collard greens, but will give it a try. I really hope you will make new episodes.

When will someone step up to the plate???? Yes, new shows of Mad Hungry will be made or No, new episodes will not be made. It really is very simple. Isn’t it?? If not, explain. Every comment, and there are so many, should have been sent to the Hallmark Channel. How many more times do all of us have to say ir?? Hallmark has to see that there is a audience or Mad Hungry. So either they want the show or they don’t.
