I really liked the Mad Hungry Show with the Israeli cooking. Now I too can make some of those items. Can’t wait to make them. Please continue your great shows and the great variety of cooking recipies you show. I love to try all kinds of ethnic cooking. My neighbor was from Iraq and used to make this Arabic meat that was about a 24 inch flat disk with meat, grains and spices in it. I cooked it in the oven and we ate it on pita bread. She has since died and I miss her. She could n’t speak english and I couldn’t speak Arabic, but we traded food all the time. Sure would like a recipe for this food item. She also made great Doma, (Stuffed Grape leaves) and other stuffed vegetables. With your resourses, I hope you can have a show that would showcase other Medetarainian and Arabic foods. Thanks

    Lucinda,

You MUST try a Toro. Fresh margarita (and I mean fresh, no mixer) with beer. It is so wonderful, cuts the sweetness and sourness and adds that bubbly refreshment that is hard to resist! Try 3/4 glass of your favorite margarita recipe and add 1/4 beer. We don’t worry about what kind of beer, whatevers on hand. Enjoy!!!

    Robin
