Ok Lucinda – here goes. Just started watching mad hungry over holidays. Have purchsed both of your cookbooks. IU have been married 28 years. You have converted me. The other day my husband asked where we were going for dinner. I told him we were staying home and I was cooking – again. He repeated his question. He really enjoyed dinner!Up until a month ago, I cooked once or twice a month to make sure the oven still worked. Guess what? After your show yesterday featuring cast iron recipes – I just purchased a Le Creuset 4.25 qt signature saute pan. I also have a bookmark in the Mad Hungry cook book since I am reading it. Luv your sho and cook books. We are only eating out twice a week now!

I am a septuagenarian retiree and my major hobby is cooking. I watch you daily, including the repeats, and have fixed your recipes several times and like your style, your common sense, and your know-how. In my estimation, you are a spinach genius and no wonder your family loves this vegetable. You certainly converted me.

I love your recipes for Quick Fried Chicken and Baked Chicken with Honey-Whole Mustard Glaze – the glaze is wonderful.

Lucinda uses this one pan. She recommends this pan highly. Can you advise me the name of the pan. I cannot find it anywhere.
