TODAY on MHTV: Summer is a great time to eat outdoors—between the gorgeous weather and the amazing produce, a meal outside is the perfect way to enjoy the season. My brined and fried chicken is super flavorful and can be eaten out on the patio or packed up for a picnic and served cold. It tastes great with a side of simple, no-cook corn salad. For a refreshing, grown-up dessert, I like to soak slices of watermelon in tequila and orange liqueur and freeze them onto popsicle sticks. More from the show.
