Recipes from Today’s Show: Alfresco Dinner

Published by

TODAY on MHTV @ 11:30 am ET: You can never have too many fried chicken recipes up your sleeve, especially in the summer, when casual dinner parties move to the patio. The last thing you want to think about is a hot oven. My tender, molasses-brined chicken tastes great hot or cold, and a no-cook corn salad always works on the side. Plus, what isn’t there to love about spiked slices of cool watermelon? Simple and refreshing, these fruit pops for grown-ups are always a hit at my alfresco fetes. More from the show.

    Hi Lucinda,

You are the best. Loved today’s recipes. I see tomorrow you’re making eggplant rollatini. I missed that episode and was told you and your teacher friend make two wonderful recipes. I’ll be watching. Thanks for your great work.
