Recipes From Today’s Show: Father’s Day Dinner

Published by

TODAY on MHTV: Father’s day dinner is one meal where we give my husband, Richie, whatever he wants. And he always wants meat, meat, and more meat! Calder and I are grilling juicy steak and veggie kebabs and topping them with a fresh and simple chimichurri sauce.  Then, I’m making a Michelada beer cocktail (beer, tomato juice, lime) to wash it all down and, for dessert, a special strawberry-vanilla ice cream cake.

    LSQ/MH Crew:

What gives? Are you going to make new episodes of MH or is it all over. If you are going to film new episodes, the big question is WHEN??? Hallmark Channel when called, doesn’t confirm any new episodes. So then, what’s the big secret?? Talk about turning off your fan base.

With Marie Osmond’s new talk show and that new 2 hr. program set in a house, that Hallmark has been promoting, where will Mad Hungry fit in to the schedule?

    Lo,

How are you? I know I keep reading the show is “developing” new episodes. I know many teachers who are followers of Mad Hungry. Many of my co-workers talk about Lucinda’s recipes at lunch time,
Anyway, I like many, love teacher John Contratti. Ever since he cooked with Lucinda, so many have been keeping up with him. As a teacher, I’m especially fond of his blog this week. http://www.cookingwithmrc.tumblr.com
I follow him all the time. So as the show is “developing new episodes”, please make sure that this cool and creative gentleman is back to cook some of his terrific recipes. Thank you.

These recipes were a good choice for Dad’s weekend. In full agreement with Carla. I love Mr. Contratti’s blog and follow him all the time. I hope the show is coming back with new episodes and him. MH is the best cooking show out there.
