I have always been “afraid” of profiteroles and using the recipe in Everyday Food and watching Mad Hungry – I made them — so easy; so wonderful and so versatile! Thank You!

If you want a real treat using profiteroles, try cooking some vanilla pudding (not instant). Let cool and fill the cream puffs or profiteroles with the vanilla pudding and you won’t believe how good they are!!!!!!

I love Mad Hungry’s recipes! Many cooking shows use fancy ingredients that I’ve never even seen in a store, but Lucinda uses ingredients and recipes that are cook and family friendly. Thanks so much. I love your show.

I love this show because it is so family friendly and there is a great love of sharing food and the dinner hour. I find too many people nuke food or go out for food. I love the boys” input and participation and they will be sucessful at being independent and love to share food and the peace and joy of food. I watch this program every chance I get. Don’t ever cancell this show.

    Hi Sandra,

The links above are working, not sure why you can’t access the recipe. Did you try to open it in a different browser?

Here’s the direct link to the profiteroles recipe, let me know if you have any problems:

I made the chicken pocket pies and the potstickers on Saturday. We loved the potstickers(I froze the pocket pies for future lunches). The cream cheese dough was so easy to work with. I am going to try making fruit pocket pies with the cream cheese dough. It would be wonderful if Lucinda had a fruit pocket pie recipe to share. Thank you.

I made the chicken pocket pies with a cut n seal tool from pampered chef and everyone loves them. I have lots of small grandchildren and they definitely approved. The cream cheese dough was great to work with. I used every last spec!

Can the dipping sauce also be frozen?
