    This is in reference to today’s 11:30 a.m. “Mediterranean” show – specifically the “Stuffed Artichokes” recipe.

    Exactly why did you choose not to mention removing the “choke” in the artichokes? Don’t you think that’s going to be a rather unwelcome surprise to folks who’ve never made whole artichokes before?

    Seems to me that that’s a pretty big error & whoever is “editing” the store needs to wake up.
