Recipes From Today’s Show: Light and Easy Recipes

Published by

TODAY on MHTV: My quick-cooking chicken paillard has layers and layers of flavor: garlic, lemon, thyme, and pepper. Pair it with a crisp arugula-and-radicchio salad, and you’ve got yourself a light and healthy dinner — with plenty of room for dessert! For something sweet, I’m making homemade raspberry sauce to pour over store-bought Italian ices. More from the show.

    Mad Hungry,

I was wondering if and when they will be new episodes. Also, after following the Mad Hungry Blog, I am now a daily follower of John Contratti’s blog. He has the greatest recipes and I like many previous commenters would like to see him cook again with the terrific Lucinda.

    Thanks,
    Kathy

Made the chicken paillard and salad last night. So yummy! Best chicken breast recipe I have ever used! And we loved the dressing for the salad-so
Tangy and fresh-and so easy! More light cooking recipes please!

    Lucinda,
On your show Homemade Soup Recipes which aired 0n 1/26/12 you made 3 soups (cannellini, pumpkin, & tomato). It references getting the recipes for the show but I can’t find them on your website.
    Are they available?

    Ollie
