    Hi, I enjoy watching your show, and tape it everyday when I am not home.. I do have one comment tho 🙁 why do you have to use your finger to taste. Why not a spoon or chopstick.. Just saw you do that with your pesto, you are making today.. I would appreciate your response at your earliest convenience. TY

    I enjoy Your show enormously Thanks for being You
    the way You are presenting each meal and comments
    and even tasting with Your fingers it is so natural
    {after all You do wash Your hand front of us many times.}My back round is Hungarian love cooking .
    Seeing Your sons with You it is a special treat a plus to Your show.
    Like to give You a variation of the burned paprika
    as a typical Hungarian salad .After You cleaned of the peel I do slice its lenght and make a dressing, I prefer rise vinegar also add salt and black pepper and a little water and then let it marinate in the refrigerator.
    I do hope it is new to You but I wonder?????

    p.s. You are the best relaxation time for me.

    JB: My hands are my favorite kitchen tool. Tasting with my fingers gives me the closest connection to the true taste. They are frequently washed, dried and cleaned again during my show (and any time I cook). Best, LSQ

    hi lucinda. love ur show. watch religiously. being a new cook, when you say things like, use cream, it’s confusing for me. because i’m relatively sure what you mean, but would always love to make sure i buy the correct ingredient. hope you understand what i’m sayin. thanks for your time. ps: tell your sons that they seem like great young men that any mom would be proud to have. love my son to the moon and back, but he could learn a thing or two from your guys. sure you are very proud. thanks again, kim
