Recipes From Today’s Show: Make-Ahead Strategies

TODAY on MHTV: I’m always on the lookout for creative ways to stretch one meal into two … or three, and I’ve found I can build almost a week’s worth of meals from one roast turkey breast. I add lime to the pan drippings to make a dressing for my turkey and corn salad. My turkey, avocado, and cress wraps are a great to-go lunch, and kids love my cute and colorful turkey roll-ups.

These are very helpful for the kids lunches. Reading through yesterdays blog. If the show is continuing, it would be quite foolish to change the format. The “homey” atmosphere of Lucinda cooking with her kids, family and friends, is the appeal of the show. I hope it’s continuing.

Why am I reading that Mad Hungry is changing? It’s the only cooking show that I watch and like. I like Lucinda and the people she cooks with. Just leave well enough alone.

There’s no doubt about it. We like Mad Hungry the way it is. How about new episodes?? We’ve waited long enough and are growing tired of waiting. Let’s hope people will still care if and when it returns.

Both my husband and I both love the show and the recipes, they are delicious and easy.
I have told many people about the show and how wonderful the recipes are.
Don’t take it off or change the format!!!
