Recipes From Today’s Show: Movie Night Menu

Published by

TODAY on MHTV:Whenever we have movie night, we always abandon sitting at the table for feasting on the couch. I oven-roast marinated hot cherry peppers stuffed with fresh herbs and cheese, and serve them with crusty bread for the ultimate finger food. Then, I punch up an ordinary pesto sauce by swapping out the traditional basil for baby spinach and toss it with cork-screw shaped fusilli pasta. Finally, crisp toffee chocolate bars are served warm for an irresistible quick-cook dessert. More from the show.

    Lucinda,

As I’m always a little behind in watching episodes of your show and making the recipes, I wanted to check in and say that I made the eggplant rollatini you made with that gentleman last week. It was extraordinary. It was so tasty and comforting. I can’t wait to try the vegetable side dish he made also. Have a good weekend!!

I just saw that Martha is moving to PBS in the fall. I will of course follow her there, but what is going to happen to my favorite cooking show Mad Hungry and Lucinda Scala Quinn? Please let me know. Thanks

I love spicy! This sounds good. And the toffee bars for an encore. You have it going on!
