Recipes from Today’s Show: Movie Night

Published by

TODAY on MHTV: Whenever we have movie night, we always abandon sitting at the table for feasting on the couch. I oven-roast marinated hot cherry peppers stuffed with fresh herbs and cheese, and serve them with crusty bread for the ultimate finger food. Then, I punch up an ordinary pesto sauce by swapping out the traditional basil for baby spinach and toss it with cork-screw shaped fusilli pasta. Finally, crisp toffee chocolate bars are served warm for an irresistible quick-cook dessert. More from the show.

Having movie night this Sunday night. No work on Monday!!!!! I will use your recipes.
As a side note, I made the raddichio/endive dish that you and John Contratti made together. It was great. I would love to know some of his other recipes. Please let him know.
