Recipes from Today’s Show: Pork Schnitzel Dinner

Published by

TODAY on MHTV: When I was a kid, my mom used to make this dish in a bunch of different ways, and now I’m making my own version. I’m using pork tenderloin sliced into medallions and coating them in eggs mixed with Dijon mustard and bread crumbs. I fry them up and serve them alongside a warm fingerling potato salad. For dessert, slices of pears are poached in butter, white wine and star anise until they’re soft and tender, and topped off with mascarpone whipped cream. More from the show.

Why on today’s show for Pork Schnitzel Dinner
did you have your dinner sitting on the counter
getting cold while you made desert.

Lucinda, I adore you! Thank you for your show, it is so motivating and inspirational and makes me excited to get in the kitchen and cook for my family. We have loved all your recipes! I wanted to ask you, what piece of Le Crueset did you cook the Schnitzel in? I have seen you use that cookware many times, is it a braiser?

    Thank you!

I ‘ve enjoyed watching your show – and set aside time to view it every weekday. I am, however, heartily frustrated that I can no longer print out your recipes. Page comes up, print preview shows the recipe page, but the recipe does not print. Is this a common problem for your viewers?
