TODAY on MHTV: My shrimp masala is so quick, I call it my “curry in a hurry.” I usually include okra, but if you have green beans in the freezer, that’s a good substitute. On the side, I’m making a fresh, no-cook coconut cilantro chutney and creamy yogurt pistachio smoothies. More from the show.

    This is a great dish. I just wish you had written your recipe instead of MS recipe. The green beans made the dish and I would never add oka, one terrible veggie! Please Lucinda, could you write your recipe instead.

    I am going to buy a Le Cruset Brasier…What size does Lucinda use on her shows? 3 1/2 qt, or the 5 qt??
