Recipes From Today’s Show: Simple Japanese Restaurant Menu

Published by

TODAY on MHTV: The flavors of Japanese cuisine are a big culinary inspiration for me, and today I’m sharing three of my favorite authentic recipes. Crispy pork tonkatsu (a breaded and deep-fried pork chop) is sliced and drizzled with a sweet and fresh dashi-mirin sauce. On the side: simple and light cabbage salad and my warm soba salad tossed with mushrooms and crisp cucumbers. More from the show.

I’m trying to go to the Greek Cuisine show from 7Mar and it keeps going to the page with an error 404-not found. Help please as I really would like to get Lucinda’s modified recipe for the bean salad her mom used to make. Thanks

Are you having problems with your IT person? The second MH show’s recipes are not being posted. Most frustrating. Several people have posted comments re the problem. What is error 404?
