Recipes From Today’s Show: Spaghetti and Meatballs

Published by

TODAY on MHTV: I’m sharing my take on a tried-and-true dinner classic —spaghetti and meatballs. A refreshing crisp romaine salad balances out the hearty main course, and for dessert, a simple, no-cook platter of sweetened ricotta with chocolate plus biscotti and fresh fruit. Think of it as a deconstructed cannoli. Yum! More from the show.

Watched you make this today and it has inspired me to make meatballs the next time I make a spaghetti dinner. I usually make bolognese sauce because it’s quicker than meatballs but this just looks too good to pass up. Yummy. also the Ricotta dessert is on my list to try soon. Good job, lucinda!! love your recipes.

Love those meatballs. Also a big fan of that cooking teacher’s website. Please bring him back to the show. Love to see him cook with you again.

Love your spahetti and meatballs. Do you have a recipe for the topping italians put on spaghetti called Medica’? (it is made with bread crumbs and grated cheese.)

Delicious! Every time I see Pasta and meat balls my mind goes to Lady and Tramp (Disney)! ♥ Greetings from Italy 🙂

Eventhough the most recent shows are all repeats, I still enjoy watching them. (I eagerly await the new episodes.) Your show is like having a very good friend in my kitchen. Thank you Hallmark for MAD HUNGRY!! Thank you Lucinda for sharing your recipes and knowledge with us—and in such a personable way.

I’m a newcomer to your show…I’m usually at work when come you come on in Chicago. So far, I like what I’ve seen, your style of cooking is simplistic for the everyday mom on the go. I would like to spice things up with my dinners, and add some twisted to our routine meals. Lucinda, I’m looking forward to trying your recipes….

I watch your show every day. I made the meatball using ground Turkey. I was not able to find dark meat so used only white meat Turkey. I followed your instructions and dish came out very good.
I am learning to make new things with your help.
    Thank you Lucinda

Spaghetti with meatballs is not only my favorite dish; it is also the favorite of my family that is why we always cook this. Thank you for sharing this recipe. I will certainly have this a try and see if it suits our taste. Thank you, too, for all the other links.
