Recipes from Today’s Show: Weeknight Seafood Feast
TODAY on MHTV: Fish is a fast, flavorful meal and these three recipes are no exception. Bubbly, golden broiled oysters are sprinkled with herbs and Parmesan cheese for a dish that’s ready in just few minutes. For a meal that lets the oven do all the work, packets of shrimp and white beans are the way to go plus, I’m cooking up a twist on classic trout almandine. More from the show.

I would just like to say that I think Calder is such a nice young man. So polite and confident. Good job, Lucinda!
DB: Thank-you so much for the nice words. Best, LSQ

Lucinda,
I love that shrimp, kale and white beans. I ran out after seeing the show this morning and made it for my family. They loved it. I incorporate beans into many of my meals. Keep the recipes and ideas coming.

Hi Lucinda,
I agree with Dana, Calder is a great kid. You have 3 wonderful boys. In regards to Vivian, I can’t agree more that with today’s economy beans are a great staple in today’s meal. If she hasn’t tried it yet, I highly recommend your teacher friend John’s radicchio, endive, chick peas and walnut side dish. Ever since I saw that episode I have made his recipe numerous times. The combination of the ingredients go so well together. It’s a meal in itself. I hope he will share some of his other creations with Mad Hungry viewers. Happy 4th everyone !!!
Please, post the Salmon ginger and garlic marinade. Thank you!
