I was so excited to try your Salt Roasted Pears with Carmel Sauce.I followed recipe exactly and the salt in the pears was overpowering. The carmel sauce was delicious.I threw the whole batch away.

Wow, can that kid cut up a chicken. The repetition was helpful watching the back be cut from the front. Great technique!

I just have to say that I have made several of your dishes and my family have gobbled them all up! They are easy to make and something for everyone to enjoy! Thank you for this show!!

My family love your show and recipies, but I also love the pretty clothes you wear on the show. Who are the designers you wear?

Made carrots tonight using your roasted vegetable method. I can’t believe how something so simple could be so tasty! I used a whole bag of carrots and there wasn’t one left! De-lish!

I found Mad Hungry and I love it. She is so not cookie cutter like the food
network. Then I saw that Martha Stewart is taking Mad Hungry’s time slot.
What are you doing? Please do not take her away. I so look forward to see
her and her sons cook. Great series. Wanted to know about your clothes also.
Could use some tops like yours. I don’t think that I saw you wear a bad thing.
    Keep cooking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOVE your show and your recipes! I am also one of those interested in the manufacturer of your tops and blouses. The ones without collars and that have a few buttons down the front are just what I love to wear, but I can’t find them anywhere!

Tried the flat roast chicken last night. My husband walked in and commented on the heavenly aroma that filled our home. The chicken was out of this world! This is a new favorite at our house.
Love the show, I am a new viewer, wish I had seen your show earlier. As others have commented, would love to know where you get the lovely blouses. Thanks, this is a meal that brings family back to the table, looking forward to more of your show!

The flat-roasted chicken is excellent! I made it the other night for my husband and he even ate the leftovers the next night-he never eats leftovers! Love your show, much better than any of the fluff on the Food Network!!!

I just had to comment to tell you that I love your show! Everything you cook looks so good and easy to make. I’ve already cooked 3 recipes after watching you make them on Mad Hungry and all were hits – including the flat roasted chicken. I agree with the comments about Mad Hungry being better than any other on the Food Network. It’s rare that that I actually want to try to make a recipe shown on one of their shows, but not so with you! Everything looks good enough for me to want to try making it. I have my DVR set to record all your episodes and look forward to seeing what your cooking each week.

I also just ordered your Mad Hungry cookbook and am eagerly awaiting it in the mail. Thanks for all the recipes. I hope Mad Hungry stays on air for years to come.

Love the show !! I watch it every day. I tried the flat roasted chicken and it was AMAZING. I only used the pan sauce because my kids don’t like anything too spice but it was so yummy that they all loved it and boy did we need a new chicken recipe. I bought the chicken from Costco so it was at least 5 pounds but it was still done in one hour. Thanks for all the wonderful and easy recipes.
