Could I use a less expensive cut of beef? Thanks.

I have eaten carnitas on many occations, but never knew how they were prepared. I was thrilled to see Lucinda making them and thrilled to discover how easy they were to make. I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out so delicious! Thanks.

Love the show – keep the boys. It’s great to see a mom have an awsome relationship with her sons!

I didn’t have luck with the meat. It was very tough and I ended up throwing it out. Calder needs to go, he seems like he has to be the center of attention all the time and I won’t watch the episode if he’s on. sorry šŸ™

I must say this is now my husband’s favorite way to have tacos. We loved this recipe. Also loved the tip on cooking the corn tortillias on an open flame. They did NOT fall apart. This was a first for us. Love your recipes as they are so basic and very easy to do.
Love the show especially with your family. I don’t get what Alicia & Alice don’t get? I mean it is “bring back the family meal”. Maybe they never had young sons or it’s in the name.
