When You Think THere’s No Food in The House to Cook
[picasa username=”lsq713″ albumname=”NothingInTheHouseToCookRedCabbagePasta”] It happens to all of us. We get home-from work or whatever. You think you have no food , no plans but its 7:00, there are hungry people around you and even if you order pizza or Chinese, it’ll take too long. The guys were defeated and I almost too but I… View Article
Rib Dinner
[picasa username=”lsq713″ albumname=”RibDinner510″] Here was the deal. I’d get ribs–enough for everyone, meaning one rack per person (an investment). That’s all I had to deal with shopping-wise. In this house you don’t even want to cook ribs unless you’re SURE they’ll be enough.

Pork Chop Dinner: The Full Story

Extra Large Big Green Egg
[picasa username=”lsq713″ albumname=”XLBigGreenEgg”] I’m afraid I’ll be harping on a lot this summer about this extra large big green egg. I know–I’m late to the green egg party. Many folks I know have been using them for years. BUT–that still doesn’t take away from my absolute glee at the awesomeness–its efficiency, workability and ability to… View Article

Burgers (and The Guys Clean Up)
When I was told the guys were barbecuing and all I had to do was make the potato salad and burger fixings, I was psyched. I believed them. Still it was a bicker-fest between neo-big-green-egg-expert hubs and first born son who I understood was, “maning the grill.” I can grill better than both of them… View Article
